Certificate of Authenticity and Digital Signatures:
Each print has a limited edition quantity in each size. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again. This is it!

Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a security hologram authentication patch. All prints are signed in the bottom left corner and have the edition number to the bottom right.

Remember that once the editions sell out, no more images from this series will be available.

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space UK. Orders usually ship within 72 hours of your purchase.

Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that you will be responsible for any local tax duties.

Christmas Orders:
Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Your order should arrive ahead of Christmas. While we can’t offer an absolute guarantee, we do operate on a ‘best endeavours’ basis. Unfortunately we cannot refund orders that do not arrive before December 25th.

For deliveries to the United States, Canada and the rest of the World, our DHL global express couriers are reliable and fast and aim to deliver within a week to these countries. We are confident that orders to Europe, USA, Canada and the UK placed up until December 14th will arrive pre-Christmas. For other countries we are confident that orders placed up until December 10th will arrive pre-Christmas.

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumple proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Carbon Neutrality:
Our products are fully carbon neutral. This means that we endeavour to minimise our energy usage and use suppliers of reusable energy in the production of our products. Where this is unavoidable, we offset our carbon emissions. We use ‘Green’ couriers where available and have print facilities globally to reduce air travel when shipping. It is our policy to not use forestry-based carbon offsetting projects, instead we invest in renewable energy projects This is in line with WWF guidance.

Sustainable Packaging:
Being carbon neutral is not the whole story, at theprintspace we are concerned about plastic pollution. The materials we use to produce your orders have been carefully selected to reduce our impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your orders get to you in perfect condition.

Sustainable Paper Sources:
Our Giclée paper manufactures only use resources from sustainable forest management areas. This programme ensures the preservation and protection of biodiversity, the renewal of the forests habitats and decreasing of the impacts of exploitation of forest areas for future generations. The paper made at their mills is certified for the traceability of the wood fibres from an origin of non-threatened forests.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag:
The super matt finish of Hahnemüle Photorag makes this paper one of the most popular papers amongst artists, illustrators & photographers. The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling. Photorag is suitable for mounting but its cotton texture means edges can fray if not carefully handled.

Exchanges & Returns:
We are confident that you’ll love your prints(s). They will hold the test of time and become a statement piece in your home or office. In the event that you’d like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you’ll have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us at andy@andykruczek.com to arrange the exchange. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping charge.

The print tubes and packaging are capable of surviving the roughest of journeys. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of change. Just send an email with an image of the package, print, certificate of authenticity, and order number to andy@andykruczek.com and we’ll get the replacement sent out to you straight away.
